Bach recommendation no. 1:
Jan. 2nd, 2007 06:15 pmI want to recommend EMI Classics' 7-disc compilation of all of Bach's concertos and orchestral suites. The pieces are apparently not played using authentic instruments, but they are, as
heyokish put it, making my socks roll up and down.
Now I need to hunt down recordings of the same pieces performed on period instruments and see if I can spot the differences.

[19:40] zehitrer: er, cock jokes.
[19:40] zehitrer: hee hee. ah, premature enter key hitting. FUN FOR BOYS AND GIRLS.
