beautifulduckweed: (Stop trying to fuck me)

[livejournal.com profile] mustela's comment meme has produced some interesting results, so I thought I'd jump on the boat, too.

Tell me what you cannot or will not say to my face. Good, bad, ugly; declarations of love, frustrations, anything.

IP logging off, anonymous commenting enabled if you want to go that route (but then I've never disabled it, heh). GO!

I really can't think of anything I would not be able to say to your face. I don't have a lot of secrets, and already have a fairly solid reputation as a perv/scoundrel/gadabout, so nothing is likely to embarrass or hurt me if it is attributed to me.

I'm pretty sure I know who you are. So much for anonymity, snrk.

1. If I were to do this meme, I would totally say I had disabled IP logging and then not. Which is why I'm not going to do this meme.

2. In various ways, and for various reasons, you give me hope.

Actually, you can tell if I've really turned off IP logging--there's a little disclaimer on comments left when IP logging is turned on. Something along the lines of "This journal has IP logging turned on for all comments."

Please note how this warning is nowhere to be seen when you leave a comment now on ANY of my journal entries.

Also, my curiosity about who you are is now killing me. Hoist by my own petard!

The fact that you actually conjugated "hoist" properly is endlessly sexy to me.

I'm glad to find people who are so appreciative of my grasp of grammar.

(I grasped your mom's grammar last night--HARD. And she liked it. Couldn't get enough of it. We conjugated till the morning light, if you know what I mean, and I think you do.)

(Also: WHERE WERE YOU GUYS WHEN I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE, DAMMIT? Oh, wait, given that many of you here are 2-4 years younger than me: being completely unavailable to me, unless I wanted my superpower to be Statutory Rape Woman.)

I tried to read a romance novel after reading Smart Bitches but didn't finish it. I really tried, though.

Hee! And also: awww. Doesn't it suck when you try something, and it just don't work out?

I don't really know how to do anonymous. But considering that I deleted this reply three times and started over, I suspect I might have trouble saying this to your face.

I'm a total coward about offering massage. I'm good at it, though. I'm just sayin'.

As a side note, I find myself sincerely hoping the perv/scoundrel/gadabout is the one I think I know about, and that that is the same p/s/g that you think you know it is. Or, alternately, that it is someone doing a really good impression, deliberately.

Hee! OK, I'll give serious thought at asking for a backrub or something next time I see you.

Also, I doubt the PSG is who you're thinking of, because I'm not sure I've mentioned him before--to you, anyway. But now I'm intrigued. Who DO you think it is?

Nope, it won't be, then.

I need to meet more PSGs.

"I need to meet more PSGs."

Who doesn't? I know several awesome ones here in Portland. If you ever visit, I'll introduce you.

If you had a cock, I'd totally be into you; can I hang around your place and make dinner and watch movies anyway?

Baby, you can hang out with my any time. Even if I have no clue who you are, other than the fact that you like cock.

(I do, too! It's nice to have things in common with your friends.)

I feel awkward leaving this comment non-anonymously, but it's somewhat pointless to leave it without letting you know who I am. Clearly, I'm taking the coward's route.

You strike me as a really fascinating person (in the good way, not the polite way), and I very much wish I could get to know you better. Unfortunately, circumstances are all awkward and uncomfortable. I hope things change enough that getting to know each other becomes feasible-- in the meantime, however, I'll be out here on the internet, being curious.

I hope things go well for you.

You know, if you are who I think you are, I think I left pretty much exactly the same comment on your journal.

Thank you, whoever-you-are. (Now, if option C had been highlighted, that would've narrowed the field considerably.)

But...I live far away, so I can't say anything to your face!

Your Swedish Chef icon is awesome.

(I'm not good at the anonymous thing. I like being straightforward)

Y'know, I'm better at straightforwardness, too. But this meme allowed me to say something to someone that I've been meaning to for a while that I almost literally wouldn't have been able to say to her in person because of Massive Crippling Awkwardness Potential, and it allowed that person to say something important to me, too. So in all, I'm glad I played along with this one.

Also, am glad you share my Muppet appreciation. Personally, I've always been especially fond of your Beaker icon.

I'll tell you what I told [livejournal.com profile] mustela: there's not a damn thing I won't tell you in person. You're an awesome force of nature and there are so many positive influences you've had on my life that numbering them is pointless. In short: you rock!
